When Yuuri finally meets Chihiro Aoi, he immediately doesn't like him. Upon first seeing him, he asks Chihiro to stand up. When he finds out that the other boy is taller then him, he immediately smacks down his disapproval. This makes things slightly suspicious.

"You will not have my approval."

Basically, it seems much more likely that Yuuri was just looking for a reason to outright dislike Chihiro without being questioned for alternative reasons. This reason, of course, being his not-so-secretly crush on Sakuya. Since Yuuri has had to listen to Sakuya ramble on about this boy, it's likely that he's jealous. After all, Chihiro would be his rival in love.

As time rolls on, this dislike becomes more three dimensional. He obviously doesn't enjoy how much attention Sakuya gives him when it appears that Chihiro isn't worthy of it but, Yuuri attempts to befriend him and make nice.
